Doesn’t hurt when I breathe really but is sore when I cough , or move a certain way ? Not sick don’t have any other issues relating to this ....

Sounds like stress damage, if it does not go away after a few weeks you may want to get it checked out. If the pain is sharp it is likely damage to some tissues that will heal. If the pain is heavy and dull that would be cause for more immediate action, because depending on your age it could be an indication of other issues.
