ok so i’m going to be in a beach area for a few weeks and i’m going to be on my period my family doesn’t just go in the water stay there for an hour or so and leave we stay the whole *** day and don’t leave until sunset i usually have a pretty heavy flow and have no clue what i should do

Time to bring along the tampons. Even if its an all day beach event, you will have areas to change those tampons in. It is not impossible to manage a period at the beach. If however, you cannot wear a tampon, stay out of the water.
