    Very dark and very cold eventually.  Which it will be in any event.

    Well...the matter that we can see and the energy we can detect is about 5% of the universe. So...overall it wouldn't change much. This is in relative correlation to amounts of dark energy (68% of the universe) and dark matter (27% of the universe).
