At first it's fear of the unknown and futile attempts to protect yourself which actually pisses off the bees even more. After you understand them and how they behave you learn not to provoke them and just leave them to their beesness.

There aren't any countries that have banned bees to my knowledge. Are they being sent to bee prison if they enter the country? They have banned certain pesticides but no country is stupid enough to ban pollinators. There are certain types of invasive or aggressive species they may not want around but to ban bees?
