does chicken go with cheese?

I use a LOT of cheeses in my cooking.

Alice Springs Chicken has cheddar and jack cheeses.

Grilled Malibu Chicken uses a slice of swiss.

Depends on the cheese. Parmesan is a winner - this is parmesan, panko and mustard on chicken thighs.

Yes--chicken parmigiana.

It can, and in some recipes it tastes quite good.

Hunters' chicken combines chicken, smoked bacon, melted cheese and BBQ sauce - lovely.

Open face chicken breast with sautéed onions and provolone, melted in the broiler. 

Imo not that well. Yeah you can grill it and put cheddar on top for a sandwich, or stuff it in a quesadilla, but chicken is too lean and sometimes dry if not cooked right. Chicken needs something creamy and juicy that blends with its muscly texture

I do not care for chicken with cheese .. but some people like it.

For instance, a traditional Italian recipe, Chicken Parmigiana (Parmesan), uses chicken breasts, tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Myself .. I don't like it.
