How strong is a lycan in human form?

I wouldn't worry about their strength so much as stamina.

i believe thy have heightened physical abilities even in human form. Not sure how much saw this in Underworld Rise of Lycans.

In human form they might have average human strength or higher.

I don't get the relation with full Moon, They ought to take more time to transfer, like 14 days to transfer and then next 14 days to turn back slowly, completing the whole lunar cycle.

I've seen some rather large white wolves here in California yet they're not listed in our wildlife registry.
