Marriage is a full-time job. "Family" is a full-time job with mandatory 80 hours of overtime every week, not paid. "Career" is 40-80 hours a week or sometimes more.

If anybody thinks they can "have it all", those are the ones who struggle with Math.

Okay career; climbing that corporate ladder making big money vs. dirty dishes, microwave meals, pampers, and low allowance from husband. Gee hard sale you be the judge.

It's challenging to go to work every day with an infant attached to your breasts. And many young women find that child care costs more than their salaries. That said, there are many very successful women who raised families while they built a career. There are a lot of them but they are not the majority.

It's not 'every time', it's 'sometimes'. And the reasons should be obvious.
