Would you report it if you thought s nurse went through your purse while you were in the Emergency room?

I am still the ER, and just got back from having CT scans done.  *** soon as I was wheeled  back into my room, my phone rang.  When I got it out of my purse I saw a business card in it for someone with the same last name as my nurse.  He was never anywhere near my purse while I was in the room.  I can't think of any reason for the card to be in there unless it fell out of the chest pocket of his scrubs.  But that would mean he was in my room while I was getting the CT scan, and messing with my purse.  It was on a chair in a corner, away from the computer and machines, so I just can't think of any reason for him to need to mess with it.  Should I say something to the hospital liaison?  I don't know how much money I had, so I don't know if any missing.

Update:

Sorry for the typos.  I am hooked up to all sorts of tubes, wires, and machines

If you think they STOLE something, that is worth reporting.

In the case you describe, it is actually MORE likely the card dropped into your purse when someone was reaching for something else on the wall than that they were touching the purse.
