Transporting produce in north Carolina with no trailer tags?
Ill be driving produce from my farm to another, it will be a distance in-between both, I know south Carolina you don't have to have tags, but north Carolina is what I'm worried about. Can I legally transport my into north Carolina without being harassed for no tags, I've seen loopholes & exemptions but I would rather go by the book then just an opinion.

The laws of the state where you reside normally prevail. If you are legal in S. Carolina you should be legal in N. Carolina........ BUT....... you need to ask both of the DMV's.to be certain.

You only have to follow the registration/Inspection laws of the state where the vehicle is garaged (SC) what a crazy world we would live in if driving a FL car north and the window tint is too dark for NC, VA northward....
