Are their and free government phones that use AT&T or Verizon towers ?

I ask because Sprint and T Mobile leave a lot to be desired.

    there might be, i once got a free phone cause of being on medicaid

    Not sure why you'd want AT&T, but those free government phones use whatever towers are available, is my understanding.
