Does argon gas expand and contract according to temperature? I've heard it doesn't, but I thought all elements do this?

Argon is an inert gas which liquifies near absolute zero.

Unlike common gases (Methane, Propane, Butane) it

doesn't exhibit rapid change in pressure or volume near

    room temperature.

Butane (for example) goes from 0 to 200 psi between

0°C and 100°C due to vapor pressure.

All gases expand with increasing temperature

by at least a factor of (273 + increase in °C)/273

Of course it does, not sure where you read it didn't.  Argon being an inert gas doesn't easily react with other elements.
