Not in a dark tunnel... Finding it hard to appreciate the life around me yes. It is hard sometimes. Less now with a child and after building a good life. But still that feeling lingers.

I try to keep busy. Work. School. Fishing. Working on the house and the yard. Fixing up the car. It helps push away that hopeless feeling I used to wallow in.
