    The writing on the waggon lacks punctuation and makes one phrase of two.

    "Auf in den Kampf! Mir jucket die Säbelspitze."

    "Go in and win! The tip of my saber is feeling itchy."

    The rest is "Trip to Paris" and "See you on the boulevard".

    (In contrary to the US, boulevard isn't a common street name in Germany, but was conceived as a broad shopping street in a French city.)
