What do you think about an Instagram account with 700 followers?

    I think that's slightly above-average. It also depends on how many people they're following though. If they're following thousands of people and have only 700 followers, then it's not that great because a lot of the person's followers will have come from follow-backs (which some see as begging for followers).

    I've never used Instagram.  I don't know if that's considered a lot of followers or not.
