Anybody know what this is on our dog?

My roommate was given her family dog. She is a really old yorkie. I asked if we can take her to the vet, but I think my roommate is just too scared. The dogs stomach is very large with bumps.

    She looks pregnant to be honest - and what's that around one of the back teats??  That could be mammary cancer.

    Vet - ASAP.

    Take her to the Vet & say she was just inherited from a passing relative & that what ever is wrong with the dog looks serious & she just wants to know what is wrong with her newly inherited dog.

    Often just fatty cysts, but you should see the vet.
