how do i approach girls better in the club/bar?

so i have been with plenty of women but mostly over the internet tinder and instagram so its not like i dont get women. if i had to rate myself i would say im a 8, i got muscle im taller then avg 5'11 16 inch arms girls have called me cute sexy and what not so im not ugly in no sense of the word. but as you know to get the best looking women is in the real world and currently im not approaching women in the club they either approach me or i do nothing. and its not like i dont talk to a ton of women before. its just in the club i freeze. i might of danced with girls at the club but it ended there aswell. so any advice to get better at the club to make convo or what not
