Put on a shoe with a 2” heel on one foot only and go for a walk. Was it good? Now imagine that at 60mph.....

I've never had a set of front struts that were different heights. Something is wrong. One of the struts may have been boxed wrong. This is why I never buy suspension parts on line. Now you get to ship them back and wait for a couple more struts to be shipped to you.

You can look up the Part Numbers on the box to see if they're the right ones. And look closely at the pics and compare it to the old struts. There is little chance one should be 2" higher, but it's a Ford. If the numbers are right and the strut is different, it has been MISBOXED! The wrong part was put in the box.
