How do I make orange juice?

It is a tad bit too expensive at the shops and squeezing my hand picked oranges from my garden in the back is not making enough juice, not to mention there are seeds coming out, how do I make it with a lot of juice?

You need a lot of oranges.

to get a lot of juice you have to squeeze a lot of oranges. Nothing you do can make more juice in an orange.  get a squeezer to help you strain away the seeds.

Lots of juice means lots of oranges. One medium orange will provide roughly 4 tbsp juice, so if you want a lot of juice you will need to squeeze a lot of oranges. If you want to make your own get yourself a proper orange juicer, either electic or manual, and that way it will juice more efficiently and will also prevent the seeds from getting into the finished juice.

You can microwave your home grown oranges for about 20 seconds or so, and then roll them around on the countertop using a moderate pressure with your hands to 'loosen them up', before squeezing.

First, microwave your oranges (whole) for 20 or 30 seconds. This will allow all of the juice to flow. I bought an electric juicer at a thrift store for $5.00 and it reams out every bit of juice and holds back the seeds. If you're still shy of the quantity you need, buy frozen concentrate, and add it to the natural goodness. Use math to determine the dilution ratio, and keep the unused portion of the can in your freezer in a zip bag.

Well, because you are using fresh oranges, you can cut it with 25 to 30 percent water.  If you don't like all of the seeds and pulp, you can get a mesh strainer.  It takes 36 to 48 oranges to make a gallon
