Can you name a ventriloquist puppet Mr Spout?

I am making a Ventriloquist dummy and he is to be dressed in old fashioned clothes like an old newspaper editor from long ago. I want to call him Russel Spout and make him like an angry looking person. Paper mache head and hands with soft body. I first heard the name Mr Spout years ago and wonder if I could use that name for my ventriloquist dummy.

I just started painting him and need to get clothes for him. He is looking so awesome.
