How long should you wait to call someone if he doesn't text you back?

I need to interview people thru vidchat but they are not replying? Is the weekend the best time to call them? I mean tere is no work?

    Try once, in a week's time, it could be that they lost your number but if they fob you off don't bother again. Nobody likes confrontation so they often don't tell you that you didn't get it because then you'll ask why and be offended...

    Anyone who doesn't respond to a request for a video interview isn't someone I'd be interested in hiring.  I'd seriously dump these candidates and move on.

    Depends on the business.  If the business is open monday - friday, then that is when you call, you don't call on the weekend.
