a deep voice is gonna be mostly fun at 13.  Maybe embarrassing once in a while, but a very good thing. Body hair?  Men are hairy. You're a man.  We see first bush around between 11 and 13, and the most common age for men to start shaving their faces is 14, and it's pretty common for us to see some chest hair at 15.    There's VERY little about being a man that's good.

Your voice, height, and acne have nothing to do with each other. These are three very independent things that do not affect the other.

Consider these traits as positive, not negative. You are beginning to becoming a masculine male with growing pains that affects just about every guy your age. You will grow more body hair and your penis will also grow. Unless the chances you see will cause you pain, you are on your way as a young teenager. Again, accept what you see unless you develop pain or some noticeable change. Your voice may change some when you reach age 14. Children of parents who work for the US government in  countries must decide to send their teenage children to a school run and taught by Americans. American exchange students whose parents live in foreign countries will make hard decisions as their children will begin to speak English with a foreign accent. A person I knew in Houston allowed his daughter to study in England, and soon after the student turned 14, her English became filled with British accent that would remain forever. Do not be alarmed should your deep voice begin to soften when you are age 14-15.
