Vauxhall astra 2011 headlight problem?

I have notifications every time I turn my car on of my daylight bulbs not working. Its the same bulb as my full beam. The full beam works fine but when I switch it back to daylight it doesn't work and I get a warning. I think I had new bulbs in my last service too. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

    Check for trouble codes.  It is very likely a bad ambient light sensor.

    maybe you should get a mechanic to check it out
