Dj - extreme floor bounce?
I have had turntables and mixer set up for 2 years but in terms last week I have noticed 're laminate floor under the shelf has started too ounce - I can literally feel it jump, I was just wondering what causes this and any way to fix it, it only seems too be on one side and seems too be since I moved the right turntable.

around the room helps Usually resonances like that are caused by the speakers and speaker placement.. more than likely somewhere in the bass region...All matter has a resonant frequency but different types of material will have a different resonant frequency...So varying materials helps, You probably want to try isolating the speakers from the floor some how using some kind of isolation platform...doesn't have to be fancy say a platform made of plywood or MDF and foam covered by carpet..you could cut up a yoga mat from Wall-mart for the foam or use fatigue mats from the Auto store...A throw rug under your feet would also probably help some...
