How do people get a job after being fired? ?

How do people get a job after being fired? I have never been fired and hope never to be! How do you convince employer’s to give you a second chance?

    You simply avoid listing the job from which you were fired on the "Past Employment" part when applying for future jobs. There is no general data based for one's employment records and potential future employers only have information on your past jobs that YOU give them.
