    a little too broad........

depends on your branch of service and your rate.

As we say in the Navy......."Choose your rate, choose your fate"

Depends on Which Branch and where you are stationed.

Life in some places is almost like a Civilian 9 to 5 Job.

The Hardest Branch's would be the Marine Corps and the Army.

The Air Force would be the closest to a Civilian Job.

When I was in the Navy on Shore Duty, my work required me to work in Shifts.

The shift we worked was called a 2-2-2-80    Two Day Watches,  Then Two Mid Watches, then Two Eve Watches, then 80 hours off duty.  Each watch was 8 hours.

Seriously, that is so open ended that any decent answer would exceed the 10,000 character limit for answers.

Why do you feel the need to invade someone else's country and shoot them?
