Seoul, South Korea, is a better city than dirty Tokyo.

Living there is not a great experience. It's nothing to compare to living in other world's big cities like New York, Paris, London, etc. The worst thing about Tokyo is its dismal lack of cultural scenes like music, theatres, nightlife, etc.
