No I but salsa in the beans as they heat along with a generous amount of tex-mex blended shredded cheese (colby-jack).

Generally not as they cause a-how shall i say-tendency to clear the room at some point. But every once in a while in a burrito-sure, who doesn't.

I love refried beans.   No, I don't put salsa on them.    But I do cook them in the pressure cooker with onion, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne, oregano and salt.  I love them for breakfast with a little spicy rice.  My version of "hot cereal".  Way better than oatmeal.

ETA:   Haha...I can...but I'd have to overnight them which will cost about $50 when you can make your own for about $1.49.

Yes, but I mix them with regular chili with beans.   And I've found I don't care for salsa on them, just plain.

😄 I absolutely hate it. But black beans are ok. Yes.
