My phone has messenger and Facebook and Games (talking Tom and talking Angela) I'm on level high but the app was uninstalled. it was erased except the Google Chrome. it was overloaded says the upgrader. I think so....

That happens if your phone needs to be clean up ALL the virus and the apps was deleted even your naked pictures you take when your horny was deleted

That has never happened to me. I don't have an Android phone just for that reason.
I don't have an I phone either just for that reason.
I made my own phone from an old soup can so they can't do that.

so you did not back up your phone prior to update. next time do that. i lost nothing not even a text message.

Poor Tom! He was going to Celebrate ~~ 70th Birthday! ~~unfortunately The Talking Tom app was also Uninstalled 😩

If it needs to remove all the installed apps like games. then all apps will be Uninstalled again. The levels doesn't matter.it was gone!

I've never had an Android phone delete an app - but I have had a few malfunction after an upgrade, and I had to either disable and re-enable, update, or delete and reinstall them in order to get them to work again.
Most recently was on my Moto Z4 - after an update my calendar stopped giving me notifications. I checked every setting, googled it, and finally contacted my service provider, who gave me the idea to try disabling it after nothing else would work. When I re-enabled it, it automatically updated, and I was back on track.

I've had a Galaxy S5, S7, Note 5, Note 8, LG G3, HTC One M8, and OnePlus 8 Pro and neither of them have ever had a problem where apps are erased after a software upgrade.
