is the corona going to end soon?

No.  It's going to persist for years through reinfection.  I speculate / predict that you will get a vaccination every three months (or so) for five or six years.  Ouch.

Not soon, without a vaccine 3-4 years for the current strain to clear the bulk of the planet

i saw a video saying there’s probably not gonna be a vaccine any time soon. not to mention america is doing absolutely nothing and pretending this virus doesn’t exist. so i doubt it 

I don't think so. It's highly contagious and without a vaccine there's no end in sight.
