What do guys think of a girl with no social media?

You'll get a wide array of answers; some see it as a red flag, others may not care, and others are somewhere in between.  For me it's not a deal-breaker, but I'd probably ask her why (privacy concerns are very real as are security issues).

My boyfriend of 8 years doesn't even know whether i have social media or not, because he doesn't care about social media at all.  He never had any of it.

I don't care. Were not like you girls who always want to know if were high value or not.
