2010 Nissan Frontier Cam Sensor Engine Code?

Added a bottle of restore engine oil treatment to crankcase, and 5 minutes later the truck idled down to 500 rpm and started jerking. Then SES light came on. Scanner shows code 340, passenger cam sensor. Can the Restore thicken the oil enough to throw off the Hall sensor to measure cam timing?

You broke loose some sludge in the motor and it plugged up the cam advance actuators. I'll bet you also have sludge in the oil pan now and it's plugging up the oil pump pick up screen. Better take the oil pan off and clean out the pan and oil pump or you'll end up ruining the crankshaft bearings.

Change the oil, clear the codes and see if the issue goes away.  If not, replace the cam sensor.  And do not waste your money on snake oils.
