Gf was served a PFA from ex- husband on bogus grounds and he is a corrupt deputy sheriff! Mobile, AL?
My gf has a pos ex husband with 2 kids he quit talking to! I was here the first time she was arrested in the middle of the night in front of their Now traumatized two young daughters and they all three now see a counselor after 2 local cops banged on the door put her in cuffs and took her to jail! Unlike me she was not used to this kind of treatment! She’s never smoked pot drank a couple times and the worst charge is a speed ticket!! Now her ex has issues a PFA and she goes to court tomorrow! I found a her a lawyer, but attorney hasn’t called her back! She has issues dealing with any aspect of the situation so I’m doing everything I can! This will be the second time he has made a false report about her! He has absolutely no evidence to back up his claims unless something he has Forged and if I’m not mistaken is a felony to do and has to be something in his hippocratic oath about doing this! Can anyone tell her what to expect tomorrow then what should we do about filing a charge against him? What should she say if anything? Anything anyone can offer of insight is very much appreciated! She’s going to mobile, al circuit court tomorrow! I know we should have talked to attorney but it’s too late now! Thanks

The authorities obviously are investigating a situation they believe is dangerous for children, that's why the PFA. I do not believe that your gf was removed from her residence in handcuffs and put in jail based SOLELY on false accusations. Which State?
It is ENTIRELY possible that the criminal record you have, the history to which you allude, is the reason SHE is being questioned about her fitness to raise children in your company. I don't know what "drank a couple times" means. I drink with dinner. It's never been a problem where custody of my children is concerned.
Without seeing the child custody agreement this is almost impossible to answer.
Her husband took the Hippocratic oath, is a Physician? He's a Deputy Sheriff AND a Physician? How odd!
Yes, she can expect to hear the evidence against her tomorrow, and she should be preparing her response. She should also be aware she can be given a choice of temporarily losing the children or going back to jail to keep them safe. I'm not saying the allegations are true. I AM saying this is all about the children.
Yes, SHE should have talked to an attorney. At this stage YOU have NOTHING to do with the charges against her.
Who has the traumatized children now or who had them when she was in jail?
If he presents forged documents (I have no idea how documents would be involved in this), yes, he can be charged with felony forgery, filing a Police Report, any number of things.
Why are she and the children in therapy?
