Why does Postmates miss so many items?
I notice Postmates has allot of missing items when the deliver. For example today I ordered a pizza and a salad. They were missing the pizza which was the main thing I wanted. This isn't infrequent ocurance. It is usually side items.

Why don't you ask them? If something is missing when you open your order, call them immediately.
And by the way, "allot" is a verb. You mean, "a lot".
