I dont know if this is sleep paralysis but I think I was either taking a nap or sleeping . I felt my whole body elevated up 5 times from my?
bed. It was like I was floating up to reach my bedroom's ceiling. I did see a black shadow on my wall then disappeared. What do you think this means?
Also when I was young, my whole body elevated from my bed in my dream and it looks liked I was in heaven and each Angel were introducing themselves to me, one said he was Gabriel, the other said, Raquel and Michael, etc.

It is the reflection of ur waking life negative thoughts You feel lack of self confidence , fear of failures , have negative thoughts of ur future and treat u as worthless in the eyes of society . The dream tells u to come out of this trauma , work hard positively to pave ur way to success

You were having a very vivid dream in which you envisioned your body as floating above your bed and almost touching the ceiling. The black shadow could symbolize any disbelief in the benefit of going closer to heaven. Sleep paralysis means you can't move during your sleep. Is this what you felt, as if you were kept in a certain position and couldn't move? I wouldn't worry about it. The dream itself shows a desire to get closer to God.
