    There could be a lot of potential causes ranging from problems in the inner ear to problems in the brain where the balance information is interpreted.  You should visit your doctor about this.  It may be something that some physical therapy or even a change of diet and exercise could fix, or it could indicate a more serious underlying problem.

    It could be inner ear issues such as calcium deposits, it could be a growth pressing on the ear canal. You won't know for sure unless you go see a specialist about it.

    Meniere's disease.  The chances are it's an inner ear infection or inflammation but you need to distinguish between vertigo and dizziness.  It can be treated with anti-psychotics.
