My husband has someone wanting to buy our truck. Yet, the buyer is requesting AVR paperwork from the DMV. We live in Utah. What is this and how do I go about getting it?

Here is a list of all Utah DMV forms (something you could have easily found yourself):
https://tax.utah.gov/forms-pubs/mv-forms
Nothing on it seems to fit the abbreviation AVR so ask this potential buyer what he wants. That's what a logical and intelligent person would do.
