I think people are tired of gay people talking about gay people all the time on a daytime show.

I would think if nothing else, folks will look at her side eyed and always question her personality. I am not saying she is this or that, but I have always noticed that she has this kind of forced happy face most of the times which tries to hide a look of being annoyed, bored, and pissed off. Then again, these days she might have an obnoxiously happy face to demonstrate the rumors aren't true.

I think so-
With co-vid19 ongoing, there's no set timeline for her show to resume taping with a live audience, I doubt these shows occur until either a) the cases die down or b) a vaccine is made. Also the other big issue is all the behind the scenes controversy going on with her show, its tainting her reputation, and I'm sure it will hurt the ratings when and if she resumes the show.
At 63, she has all kinds of money, she may figure "why am I stressing about this", and say "**** it I'm out"and decide to quit her show. I really would not be shocked to hear within the next 2 weeks or so, that Ellen quits her show and hands the reigns over to another celeb.

That's what they said in 2005. She'll be back. Meaner and smarter, like the last time they blackballed her. I don't care what they say, I admire Ellen.
