What are the appropriate flaps settings and landing speed for a single-enging landing on a Boeing 737-800?

I tried the normal flaps-30 and speed range of 135kias-145kias five times and stalled just shy of the runway. On my sixth try, I came in at 155kias using flaps-15 and barely had enough rudder authority to land successfully.

The lack of an engine should not matter,   the lift of the wings is the same.
