You can pull off pretty much any hair style accept blunt shaped bangs and blunt cut / center parted hair styles. These styles can make your face look longer.
For thin hair, if you want to keep it long, consider getting a hair style with layers. Don't go super short with your hair either, you could pull it off but short hair can make your hair look thinner.
