I was fired for fraud, am I doomed to be jobless forever? ?

So I did something I had no idea was fraud at my old job. I signed off on trainings I never completed. They considered this fraud and I was audited. Is this going to go on my permanent record? Will I have a ton of trouble trying to get another job? Should I think about the possibility of being homeless for life?

I'm in a crisis and with COVID, employers have become far more selective.

Please help me. I am freaking out because I fear I will never get another job.

Yes, it will show on your background check with ALL of the details about bank fraud that you've posted all over the Internet.  You also say you live off of Mommy and Daddy. They are throwing you out?

It wasn't a good decision to do that, but it's not a truly serious thing. Nor was it a crime, so there isn't a "record" of it anywhere except in the files of your former employer.
