Can you return clothes from Harvey Nichols(London, UK) without a receipt/only with the receipts from when the card was void?
Hi, i want to return a piece of clothing i bought from Harvey Nichols, the tags are all intact, but when i bought the clothing, i forgot the pin for the first time and then the second time i got it right, therefore i only have a receipt that says the item and pricing but says void.
Can i return it?

Purchases made in-store will be offered an exchange for a gift card or a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. All goods must be returned in perfect condition along with proof of purchase. So take a card statement with you.

No. The void receipt isnt proof of purchase. It's irrelevant. Take a bank statement showing the transaction. Look up their returns policy online.
