I really the zoo tycoon the first from the 90’s and it’s expansion. So I’ve been wondering why is it like $70 or more in Amazon? I like but I won’t pay that much for it, anyone know if there is in any other place at an okay price?

Unfortunately as games age, their prices tend to go up, especially if they were popular at the time. This is mostly because the games aren't produced as much, or even at all, so think of the supply-demand square. (Low Supply+High Demand=High Price)
You may be able to find an affordable used copy on Ebay, but that's the only thing I can think of.
Alternatively, Zoo Tycoon 2's Ultimate collection is only about $30 in most places, so if that strikes your interest...
