You could wear a hospital gown (they sell them some places, with a quick google search you could find some) and make yourself into like a zombie patient (you already have a wheel chair, so that would add to the costume). That's if you're going for something scary.
Source(s): I go to haunted houses frequently and they often have actors using walkers in hospital gowns (playing the role of a zombie asylum patient) and I've also seen actors with wheelchairs.
