I dont know what got me but my chest and neck are burning.
Slight tightness in the chest but not very sever.
Small white circles one on my neck and chest where i got bite or stung.

Take some benedryl or other med that has diphenhyrdamine in it immediately. Monitor your symptoms and if it gets worse or doesnt get better seek medical attention

You are at risk of your throat closing off if you are experiencing welts, chest tightness, etc. This is a definite reason to head to either the ER or to urgent care. No way for people online to know what bit you or if you are going to have an anaphylactic (life threatening) allergic reaction...that needs immediate medical intervention. Stop messing about online and go see an actual person who can help you!

How about a walk in doctor or your family doctor, cheaper than the hospital.
