Well, first thing they need to do is find a long term manager. It's easier said then done, but they have been swapping managers for quite some time now. Pique, Alba and Busquets are done in top class competitions. Why they ever bought Vidal is beyond me. The team lacks identity. Their signings are not living up to their potential, it reminds me of United or Milan a couple years back. When Messi leaves, which will be soon, the club is in for some dark days if things don't change.
