On the tracking information it says “out for delivery” and “expected delivery by 8pm” but do they actually deliver past 6pm? Thanks.

It's rare, but when they are backlogged and short of staff, they will.

Whenever the carrier gets around to coming. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't

The latest Ive ever got anything was 3pm. Usually a lot sooner. Most days before noon. (I never get any next day stuff)
