DIfferent people react to different diets. It may depend on your personal metabolism. I found the keto diet helpful, though not as effective as some other people found it. Some people do well on low calorie diets or high protein diets. You have to try them and see what works for you.

No diet is, but keto or paleo is the closest.
The truth is that you regularly consume added sugars and white flour products and those become poisonous when regularly consumed.
This toxin causes the liver to disable your hunger off switch, so you are always hungry and likely have been your entire life.
Eventually, the overeating leads to the body storing excess in your fat cells.
How's that for irony? Obese people's brains think that the body is starving! This fact pissed me off when I first found out.
The toxin is fructose without fiber (as whole foods have) to slow down the absorption and keto eliminates ALL carbs, even though it is truly only one carb that needs to go.
Fructose, alcohol, trans fats and corn-fed animal products all do liver dysfunction.
Because you and most people are also addicted to fructose, your brains try to justify further use...just like a junkie!
But subcutaneous fat isn't the problem. The visceral fat caused by liver dysfunction is killing the US and now Western countries that have embraced the American diet.
