My New Ps4 Is Messed Up?

Everytime that I try and connect the controller's they would either 1: Not connect even if they are already paired with the playstation or 2: Disconnect randomly even if they're fully charged. When they do connect they're very laggy with input lag and random drift's 

WHAT I TRIED ALREADY: I tried resetting the controller', I tried initializing the ps4, I reinstalled the update twice, I tried resetting the ps4 completely, I tried rebuilding the database, I tried calling sony, I tried literally almost everything.

    I would take it back to the shop you bought it from, or contact the online supplier, as your PS4 could be faulty.

    If it's new and it doesn't work properly, return it and get one that does.
