It will be fine, just give it plenty of water. Tylenol is not that strong for dogs.

Hydrogen peroxide Giving your dog 3 percent hydrogen peroxide is an effective and safe way to make it throw up whatever item it swallowed. Give one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide for every 10 pounds (4.5 kilograms) of body weight.

You get it immediately to a vet.....The effects of acetaminophen poisoning (Tylenol) are quite serious, often causing non-repairable liver damage. Dogs will typically experience acetaminophen toxicity at over 75 mg per kg body weight. The most common symptoms that you may notice in pets suffering from acetaminophen toxicity include:
Brownish-gray colored gums
Labored breathing
Swollen face, neck or limbs,
Hypothermia (reduced body temperature)
Vomiting
Jaundice (yellowish color to skin, whites of eyes), due to liver damage
And finally,Coma leading to death.

If a Vet doesn't treat the dog it will likely go into liver or kidney failure and eventually die a terrible death. It's just that simple.

Oh my gosh! What I would do is take the dog to the vet immediately and tell them what happened before anything does happen. And also watch where you put your tylanol or pills because animals and kids can get to them and eat them and you don't want that.

Take him to the vet.
