Advantages: Inexpensive (especially with coupons), Convenient with takeout window plus some delivery, Very filling, and there has to be one nearby.
Disadvantages: Unhealthy (lots of salt, fats and carbs), Inaccurate orders (mine are wrong about a third of the time), and you never know what you are eating is made of. There was a question if one fast food outlet's beef was really 35% beef.

Advantages: Taste delicious and inexpensive.
Disadvantages: High on everything bad: sat fat, sodium, calories, and etc
Overall, just enjoy it if that's what you're craving for as long as you're not consuming fast food every single day. Workout and keeping a balance diet is a better choice to keep a healthy lifestyle.

It’s cheap ad it’s fast.
It’s disgusting, full of fat and empty carbs.
I have never been able to eat fast food in my life. I don’t even consider it “food”. Even when I was a kid (I’m 61) it made me sick to my stomach so I wouldn’t eat it. 20 or so years ago I realized it’s because I have a sensitivity to trans fats, which also causes me to notice an avoid any sort of scorched or slightly turned fat and many snack foods.
It’s basically a low grade poison disguised as food..

Well it's cheap because of the value meals, fast, and VERY VERY YUMMY. However, their is a limited healthy choice. Mainly 90% of the fast food items I would only eat once in 5 days. Some like a ham and scrambld egg breakfast sandwich from mcdonalds is alright many times a week because it's just a slice of ham and scrambled egg but fried chicken, big mac, quarter pounder I would never eat twice within 5 days.

Disadvantage: They're usually just as slow as slow food restaurants.

The obvious ones:
It's fast to prepare and cook and is convenient.
It usually doesn't taste as good as alternatives, can contain a lot of preservatives and chemicals and can be unhealthy.
